  • House looks like wood exterior. If maintained, this is no problem. If it has not been maintained properly, then this could also be a big ticket item with ongoing maintenance and repairs.
  • Roof looks good in the photos.
  • Kitchen looks older. Possibly keep the cabinets and add stone counters or replace the entire kitchen.
  • Bathrooms are dated. If they are clean, we’ll leave them and maybe add stone countertops.
  • Backyard needs to be fenced – This is one of the most requested items for MTRs especially.
