This opportunity is open to US-based investors who have some experience with investing in real estate and have investment with Simply Do It in the past.
Approx $3.9MM is required for the purchase, closing costs, renovation costs, 8 months of holding costs and misc fee. The final amount will be determined based on the actual purchase price of the package, fees, and costs and may increase or decrease, some.
In case the seller will receive competing offers, we won’t increase our offer bid by much in order to try and compete but rather emphasis other aspects that are important to the seller such as closing sooner, or suggest ways to handle the current occupants.
The time frame of this opportunity is 10 years holding or more.
Only if certain financial indicator materializes, we may consider selling properties earlier.
