Q: Average property price is ~$350,000, and cash is needed. What if I dont have $350,000 but still want to participate?
A: You can let us know and we can try partnering you up with another investor to purchase together, as partners and own & operate it as partners. All partnership agreements would be between the partners and not with SDI.
Q: What of after the inspection we find that there are major problems with one of the houses and I want to terminate?
A: First, we may go to the seller and renegotiate the deal. But this deal is as such that if one property drops out, than the entire package falls apart.
