- Roof looks good in the photos.
- Kitchen looks older. Possibly keep the cabinets and add stone counters or replace the entire kitchen.
- Bathrooms are dated. If they are clean, we’ll leave them and maybe add stone countertops.
- Backyard needs to be fenced – This is one of the most requested items for MTRs especially.
